These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1jjwin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service on 1jjwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out in this Agreement in its entirety.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information whenever any details change. 1jjwin reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 1jjwin. Creating duplicate, secondary, or third-party Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jjwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 1jjwin's customer support team immediately via live chat or email.
You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information, including but not limited to a fictitious name, incorrect date of birth, or a payment method belonging to another person, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
1jjwin is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 1jjwin for identity verification purposes, which may include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, or payment method ownership confirmation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
1jjwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT TRC20 for players who prefer cryptocurrency settlement. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the same payment method and account/wallet used for the Player's most recent deposit, in order to prevent money laundering. 1jjwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All transactions on 1jjwin are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by the Platform. Players using USDT TRC20 should note that the prevailing PKR/USDT exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied, and exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's sole responsibility.
From time to time, 1jjwin may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x and are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
1jjwin takes bonus integrity seriously. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that exploit mathematical loopholes, or deliberately hedging bets to reduce wagering requirement risk — will have bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and the Account may be permanently suspended.
All bonus funds carry an expiry period, which is stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Bonus funds not used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
1jjwin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where the Platform suspects technical error, manifest pricing error, or suspicious betting patterns. A bet is only deemed accepted once a bet reference number has been issued and confirmed in the Player's Account transaction history.
All cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, ICC tournaments, and domestic competitions — are subject to standard sports betting settlement rules. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. 1jjwin is not liable for outcomes affected by events beyond its control.
All casino games available on the 1jjwin platform — including slots, live dealer tables, keno, and Dragon Tiger — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or are hosted by professional live dealer studios with independently verified dealing procedures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software malfunction during a game or bet, 1jjwin will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play and settle the wager fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account. 1jjwin shall not be liable for any alleged losses arising from technical disruptions caused by factors outside the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network disruptions, or device failures.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jjwin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the 1jjwin platform — including but not limited to the 1jjwin name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1jjwin or its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 1jjwin intellectual property without prior written authorisation from 1jjwin.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jjwin shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted and whether or not 1jjwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1jjwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1jjwin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You may close your 1jjwin Account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon closure of your Account, any Real Money Funds remaining in your balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts subject to active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.
1jjwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) your Account activity poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk to the Platform; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) your continued use of the Platform could expose 1jjwin to legal or reputational harm. In cases of Account closure due to Player breach, 1jjwin reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that Account.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team or using the self-exclusion tools available within the Account settings. Self-excluded Players will be prevented from accessing the Platform and will not receive promotional communications for the duration of their exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 1jjwin's internal complaints procedure by contacting our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by 1jjwin's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
